Manhattan Multiple Myeloma Support Group

We would like to invite you to join us for a meeting.
Purpose:		For myeloma survivors and caregivers to get together for mutual support, education, sharing and friendship.
When::		Third Thursday of each month from 7pm until 9pm.
Where:		Mount Sinai Medical Center 1425 Madison Avenue (between 98th and 99th Streets) Room 4-82 (4th floor, Transplant Conference Room)

Parking:		For those driving, there is a public parking lot on 99th Street, between Park and Madison. Mt. Sinai has arranged a special rate of $5 for people attending the group.
